
Kathleen Robinson is a management and organizational effectiveness consultant and the founder and president of Robinson & Associates. Prior to starting her business, Kathleen was a Founder's team member for Discovery Toys, a direct sales educational toy company. While with Discovery Toys, she helped create and implement a comprehensive program to attract and motivate over 6000 sales associates nationwide.
Kathleen earned an MBA from St. Mary's College Executive MBA Program and a BA in human development from the University of California, Davis. She has been an active member of the American Society for Training and Development and the Institute of Management Consultants, where she designed and delivered effective professional development programs for independent consultants and business owners. She has also served as adjunct faculty and guest lecturer in management programs at UC Berkeley Extension, St. Mary's College and John F. Kennedy University. She is the immediate past chair of the Contra Costa Workforce Development Board.
